Description:

The feeding and unloading mechanism is situated on the workbench. When the workpiece (plate) is unloaded and lowered from the main engine, the motor 7, illustrated in the diagram, initiates movement through the transmission shaft (2, 3, 4, 5, 6).

As the chain moves, it propels push block 1 from the lower chain to the upper chain, guiding it alongside the workpiece. Multiple push blocks simultaneously exert pressure on the workpiece, flipping it onto the rollers of the inclined plane within the blanking box. This orientation enables the workpiece to slide effortlessly into the material box under the influence of gravity.

After the pushing action, the push block returns to the lower chain, nearing the switch to trigger and sense the push block's position. This signal is then relayed to the control center, prompting instructions to halt motor 7. Consequently, the push block halts within the lower chain, completing a cycle of operation.
